Flowers and a pretty pot taken after lunch from the bus on our ride back to Le Meridian. My guide book told me that for many Egyptians flowers are considered to be useless (Zayan 86), but I didn't believe it. However, I saw this pretty pink flower growing all over the place in Cairo, Aswan,Luxor and Alexandria and no one could tell me what it is! Maybe my guide book was right.
