This tower is amazing. I was curious about it when we drove past to see the high dam, but hadn't asked about it's significance.
I wonder if we would have stopped if some of us didn't have to use the ladies room… you can count on few things in life, but the bladder of a middle aged woman allowing you to stop and see more sights than planned is probably a constant!
The guide took a cool shot of us. He got down on the floor and had us lean in, so the photo looks up past our faces to the high points of the tower.
For some reason the wind coming through the tower was much stronger and more refreshing. I could have stayed there for hours just enjoying the sun and wind!
